Roxie is excited to be offering Lip Blush in Amsterdam, along with different styles of Eyeliner and Brows eg Hyperrealism Hairstroke Brows, Ombre Brows and a combination of the two. Roxie began her permanent makeup career in 2015 and has since done thousands of treatments, and in excess of 20+ advanced courses, alongside training others in her own techniques she has developed along the way.
